Pallets (Recycled / New)
Today, over half a billion pallets are made each year and about two billion pallets are in use across the United States alone. Wooden pallet construction specifications depend on the pallet's intended use: general, FDA, storage, chemical, export; the expected load weight; type of wood desired: recycled, hard, soft, kiln dried or new / recycled and even the type of fasteners desired to hold the pallet together: staples or nails. Crating
We also offer crating, for products that demand a level of protection not afforded by pallets. If safeguard from people and the elements is desired, a fully encased system using plywood is the answer. Elements not a concern? A cost effective alternative is a crate made from wooden slats.
This system provides 360 degree protection and gives a spatial foot print people respect. Our main concern is to ensure your product arrives safely.
Heat Treating
Heat treating is a federally mandated program that requires all wooden pallets / crates used to transport material or products across the borders of countries, be heat treated and stamped prior to shipment. Our company's Heat treating process conforms to all guidelines set forth by the International Phytosanitary Measures(ISPM15) developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC)
Packaging Materials
From the beginning, Enpac recognized that the shipping platform is not the total shipping solution. The product must reach its final destination in one piece, ready to use, out of the box, with no exception. Waste Removal
Broken and off size pallets taking up valuable floor space and causing a hazardous situation? We offer a convenient and cost effective solution. Transfer this burden onto one of our trailers and we will take care of the rest. Trailers can be staged at your location or live loaded depending on your needs.
